RETURN CONDITIONS

  •  Discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned
  • Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. 
  •  If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact customercare@f-i-n-c-h.com immediately. 
  • Accessories must be returned unmarked in the original undamaged boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. 
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure their necessary protection when in transit. 
  •  All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. 
  • We recommend items be returned via registered post or DHL as FINCH will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.
  • Customised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.

  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.

  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.

  • Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. Note the time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
